On Saturday, more than 150 motorcyclists embarked on 2009 Outlaw Run, a 100-mile motorcycle rally that traces the escape route the James-Younger Gang used after their failed 1876 raid on First National Bank in Northfield.
Participants say the ride lets them visualize history and live vicariously as one of the outlaws. Proceeds from the event benefit the historical society's youth programs. For more photos from the event, visit the Northfield News gallery by clicking here.
