An idea which first began as a youth center quickly morphed into a community center, with everyone wanting a piece — seniors (pool of their own), locals (access time at St. Olaf’s pool was inconvenient), St. Olaf and hockey moms (two sheets please), joggers (inside track), etc. In the end, only seniors were rewarded.
